The scientific committee will review your proposal within 2-3 weeks and notify you of the decision by email.


Congress registration

Once your proposal has been accepted, you must register for the conference. From this moment, it is not allowed to make changes to the proposal.


Submission of the final document

Entrants can submit their full article for free evaluation and possible publication in a community book or magazine.

Type of sessions

Master Conference

The master conference is an oral presentation that is used to share knowledge on a specific topic or to expose matters of general interest by a specialist. This genre is very useful for presenting the fundamental ideas and problems of a subject in order to finally create a dialogue with an interested or specialized audience, or with a group of students in training.


This type of session is more suitable for work on research already carried out or academic work. The author or authors will present a summary of their work (purpose, procedures, results or products). The formal oral presentation of the work should be limited to 30 minutes. Presentations will be grouped according to theme or perspective for these breakout sessions  with a question/answer time. All rooms will be equipped with projectors for PDF or PPT presentations.


This format is ideal for presenting preliminary results of work in progress or for projects that could be displayed on posters/panels. In these sessions, authors have the opportunity to showcase their work and engage in informal discussion with other attendees. Each poster must include a brief summary and indicate the objectives, methodology and conclusions of the work.
