Dr. Miquel Oliver.  PhD in Pedagogy, University Professor in the area of Didactics and School Organization at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB). He is currently the president of the School Council of Mallorca and coordinator of the program to improve the initial training of non-university teachers at the UIB. He is a member of the editorial board of several magazines and a member of the editorial boards of pedagogical collections at a national and international level. He is part of the scientific committee of the International Observatory of the Teaching Profession. He has been director of the Institute of Educational Sciences of the UIB and the Institute of Educational Research and Innovation (IRIE). He was also vice-dean and head of Pedagogy studies at the Faculty of Education at the UIB. He has directed various postgraduate and master's degrees in human resources, cultural management, training of trainers and directors of educational centers.

Dr. Brenda Barrio. PhD in Special Education from the University of North Texas. She is currently a professor of special education at the College of Education at Washington State University, United States. He has published more than 21 national and international journal articles and book chapters and has presented lectures at international conferences. His research focus is in the area of educational pedagogy for teachers of students with disabilities, learning strategies, and assistive technology. Her experience includes more than 15 years as a special education teacher and professor at the university level (bachelor's, master's, and doctorate), including online courses for students at Casa Grande University in Ecuador.

Dr. Teresa Sancho Vinuesa.  PhD in Electronic Engineering from the Ramon Llull University (Spain) and Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Barcelona (Spain). She is a professor in the area of mathematics and statistics of the Informatics, Multimedia and Telecommunications Studies at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. She is currently the director of the degree in Applied Data Science at this university. Principal investigator of the LAIKA (Learning Analytics for Innovation and Knowledge Applications in Higher Education) research group, she focuses her activity on assessment models y feedback for online mathematics learning. She has been Director of the Doctoral Program in the Information and Knowledge Society, Director of Research and Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation.

Dr. Milan Pol. PhD in Education, Masaryk University. Master degree in Education and Russian language and literature, JE Purkyne University.  Dean of the Faculty of Arts, and Chair of the Doctoral program board at Masaryk University. Teaching activities focus on Educational evaluation, Educational leadership and management, General education,  Educational policy. Expert of ENQA (European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education). Member of the International Advisory Board, University of Latvia. Leader of the MU participation in the project European Joint Doctorate in Teacher Education (Horizon 2020). Editor-in-Chief, Studia Paedagogica (academic journal: www.studiapaedagogica.cz  – Scopus databased).

Prof. Marta Reina Herrera , Head of the Service of the Online Training and Digital Educational Competence Area at the National Institute of Educational Technologies and Teacher Training of the Spanish Ministry of Education. Collaborating Professor at the Valencian International University (Teaching Degree - ICT Mention). Innovation and ICT Training Advisor at the Ministry of Education of the Community of Madrid. Author of the book "Development of Digital Competence" Ed. Anaya. Co-author of the books: "Educational Improvements in Spain" Ed. Anaya. "Educational Innovation: Beyond Fiction" Ed. Pirámide. Author of various educational materials on Technology and Educational Robotics. Collaborator and columnist in various educational magazines.
